So! I got back from Seattle nearly a week ago already. It worked out so perfectly, it was awesome. So the night before, my friend Jay was being emo because he got dumped by his stupid girlfriend and so I was like go see blink 182! and he said he didn't have a ride there but he did buy a ticket months earlier... so I said come with me! So the next morning he drove here from kalispell and we drove to spokane where we carpooled in my other friend synthia's car. when we got there we were driving through auburn (where the amphitheater is) in really bad traffic and this lady parked next to us asked where something was and we had no idea, but syn mentioned we were going to the amphitheater and she said omg you're going in the opposite direction! so if it weren't for her we would have been doing that for a long time. so we finally got there and it was awesome. all concerts after this are going to be boring as fuck. I'm slowly uploading videos on YT @Kissadilla. weezer all came out in track suits and opened with War Pigs by Black Sabbath. towards the end Rivers was like "you're about to witness me playing drums!" and started playing drums. but then he stopped and we realized there was just a drum loop playing. and then he did that for all the instruments until Island in the Sun was playing. And then we all sung it together. blink was hilarious. they made a huge scene over a kid in the pit yawning. tom said he wants to go down on oprah and give bill gates a bubble bath, but that's tom for ya. travis did the epic flying drum solo for the encore. then they played some old stuff and then Mark started singing eeeevery rose has its thorn...just like eeeevery night has its dawn...and much confetti was had by all. that night jay went to party with friends in Bothell while Syn and I drank George Killians in the parking lot waiting for everyone to fucking leave. and then we went to spend the night at her friend Edite's in Bothell. I was so freaking tired and half buzzed that I just passed out. The next day we met Jay at jack in the box, and everyone he was with were soooo hung over. it was awful. he said they finished off like three big bottles of hard liquor and a 24 pack of beer. lawd. so then we spent that day in seattle mostly in Pike Place (it's like a farmers market except epic...they throw fish at people!) and jay bought us all drinks at a bar (he had like two shots and a mixed drink...that kid really knows how to drink) and found a big arcade and played guitar hero (I'm actually decent when buzzed, who woulda thunk? I actually beat synthia who has played way more than I have) and we saw a naked man in the fountain. it apparently took three cop cars and a fire truck to get him out. lmfao. I miss washington. One out of my two internship applications for spokane are turned in though, so maybe I'll get to live there somedayy.........d'aw...god I hate weekends.
also...I've been climbing the M every day. by the end of this semester I'm gonna be RIPPED! that or I'll have really bad arthritis.
did I say what I did for my birthday? my friend john took me to thai spicy and I had awesome curry. then we watched donnie darko. and he gave me the most awesome tea thermos ever...and a huuuuge bag of australian tea. when I went to australia I had gotten him a little bag of the same kind, and he thought it was so good that he special ordered a huge bag of it on the internet for me! best gift ever, other than buying myself an $8 blink 182 ticket XD
