well today i powerhosed and scrubbed my grandma's deck so i can paint it tomorrow since i have no job. my dad brought her to the rehab in polson from missoula today. and my uncle i haven't seen since i was 7 and three cousins i haven't seen since i was 2 are coming to visit in the middle of next month. that will be interesting...

also i cut my zoloft dose in half a few days ago. so far i'm doing ok. kind of scared of getting panic attacks again though. the weird thing is i haven't had headrushes all that bad since then. odd...
