is love lust? is depression a serotonin deficiency? is happiness synonymous with contentment and thereby boredom? is elation the mixture of adrenaline and dopamine? is it just our chemicals that make us feel? if we're just controlled by our impulses then why are we self-destructive? why are our impulses acting against us? if nature is the most efficient system, then what are humans? ineffective, illogical, impractical. either way, is this real?

and as long as it means nothing to me, i'm free to speak.
