christmas was pretty awesome. on christmas eve we played uno for two and a half hours until the cousins showed up, then we ate dinner, went to church, and opened presents. then we went over to their house and played apples to apples. I fail at playing games. You don't even know. then we watched santa's slay, the first christmas movie (and probably the last) I've ever liked. It was SWEET! and we ate too much. we aren't allowed to open the rest of our presents until my dad gets home, but so far I have gotten that sewing machine, a DC jacket, a fluffy neon plaid vest, a water bottle, some crazy slippers, moccasins, $20, and candy.  in a couple days I'll be leaving for Spokane. My mom and I are going to First Night there after my interview.

so all there is to do in polson is [some combination of] drink, treadmill, bmod chat, and cook/bake. oh gods and watch tv. it's a strange but welcome change compared to the usual doing homework/school 12+ hours a day. nick won the talent show again. the talent show was awesome. we three kids opened a big present before dad left for warm springs. they are all kickass. nick got a bowl mandolin, emi got a HD camera, and I got a sewing machine. epic stoked. mom's belly dance christmas party was tonight, and for the gift exchange I got two candles and a necklace. so far I have made crescent rolls, gingerbread cookies and cream cheese frosting, squash soup, ginger squash muffins, huckleberry chocolates, caramel, christmas breakfast bread...I think that's it. we leave for zoola in the morning for c-mas eve at the g-parents. then, c-mas at the cousins'! nooommm.
